Hi, I’m Sanika, the Founder and CEO of SAVA Fitness and Nutrition.

​My own fitness journey, marked by challenges many young women face, ignited my passion for coaching. With over 1,000 one-on-one sessions, I have extensive experience in training individuals from diverse health backgrounds.

At SAVA, we emphasize sustainable health practices, focusing on balanced, nutrient-dense meals and strength-based fitness. Our goal is to help you move well, feel fit, and become stronger, with workouts tailored to your lifestyle and goals.
Being a bride is one of the happiest, yet most stressful times in a woman's life. By adhering to SAVA's principles of sustainability, balanced nutrition, high-quality foods, and strength training, I achieved a strong, toned physique without extreme measures. This approach, which even helped manage period bloating around my wedding, is ideal for any life stage. Inspired by my journey, I created "The Bride Guide" to help more women achieve their bridal goals with sustainable and effective practices.
